These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the Kroket mobile application (hereinafter "the App"), published by Jason CHUMMUN, a sole entrepreneur based in Bagnolet (France), operating under the Kroket brand.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the App and uninstall it.
The App is distributed via the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's terms of use in addition to these Terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you enter regarding your pets. Incorrect information (weight, allergies, medical conditions) may result in inaccurate analyses.
The nutritional scores generated by Kroket are provided for informational purposes only. They are calculated by artificial intelligence algorithms based on available data and do not constitute professional veterinary, medical, or nutritional advice.
Kroket is not a substitute for a veterinary consultation. Before changing your pet's diet, particularly in cases of illness, allergy, or specific medical condition, you must consult a qualified animal health professional.
The product database used by Kroket relies on third-party sources (Open Pet Food Facts and user contributions). Jason CHUMMUN does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of product information.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jason CHUMMUN shall not be liable for:
The App, its source code, algorithms, design, trademarks, logos, and all content produced by Jason CHUMMUN are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Jason CHUMMUN. Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, distribution, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
By uploading a packaging photo in the App, you grant Jason CHUMMUN a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, and process that image for the purpose of enriching the Kroket product database. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights over any content you submit.
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible from within the App. Kroket operates without a user account and collects no directly identifying data.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. To permanently delete all your data:
This action results in the permanent, irreversible deletion of all data associated with your device.
Jason CHUMMUN reserves the right to suspend or delete data associated with a device in the event of a breach of these Terms or abusive use of the service, without prior notice or compensation.
Jason CHUMMUN reserves the right to modify the App's features and these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to you within the App. Your continued use of the App after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to their interpretation or performance, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of the place of business of Jason CHUMMUN in Bagnolet (France), unless statutory provisions applicable to consumers provide otherwise.
If any clause of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect. Failure to exercise any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
